On the outside looking in: Wisconsin, Rutgers, Kentucky (?)

Florida would be higher if they had not had a close game against Ole Miss, USC is tops b/c well, they are USC. LSU looked blah against S. Carolina, while OU looks damn good. Texas and Ohio St are token picks now-show me something!
